Lavender Retreat Policies

Appointments are available 24/7 through our website! You can also call Lavender Retreat during normal business hours to book an appointment, or to check on specific availability. Outside of business hours, calls will be returned within 24 hours, except on weekends.

• Gift card recipients are subject to our appointment policies. Please leave a card on file with us to schedule your appointment.
• Payment is taken during checkout at the front desk. Present the gift card to be scanned to make payment.
• All gift card purchases are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Please provide credit card information to book your first session. We retain credit card information in case of late cancel or no show. There will be no holds or charges on the card. We take payment at the front desk during checkout. Gift cards and other credit cards can be used during checkout.

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel, reschedule or make an appointment alteration of any kind, we ask that you email dcinfo@lavender-retreat.com 48 hours in advance to avoid the applicable late cancellation or no-show fee. Emergency exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Massage Therapy & Energy Work

• 50-minute appointment: $60 cancellation/no-show fee
• 80-minute appointment: $85 cancellation/ no-show fee
• Applies when less than 48 hours notice is provided.

Acupuncture & Naturopathic Medicine 

• Initial visit: $85 cancellation/ no-show fee
• Follow-up visit: $60 cancellation/ no-show fee
• Applies when less than 48 hours notice is provided.
