Lavender Retreat Policies

Appointments are available 24/7 through our website! You can also call Lavender Retreat during normal business hours to book an appointment, or to check on specific availability. Outside of business hours, calls will be returned within 24 hours, except on weekends.

• Gift card recipients are subject to our appointment policies. Please leave a card on file with us to schedule your appointment.
• Payment is taken during checkout at the front desk. Present the gift card to be scanned to make payment.
• All gift card purchases are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Please provide credit card information to book your first session. We retain credit card information in case of late cancel or no show. There will be no holds or charges on the card. We take payment at the front desk during checkout. Gift cards and other credit cards can be used during checkout.

Lavender Retreat requires at least 12 hours notice for cancellation. Cancelling an appointment with less than 12 hours notice will incur a fee. During the weekdays, we may be able to reschedule same-day if there is availability, to avoid a cancellation fee. On weekends, however, we cannot. Even in case of illness, or family emergencies - cancellations impact our staff, who come in on Saturdays and Sundays to provide your services. Please understand that they rely on their scheduled weekend appointments. Thank you
