Appointments are available 24/7 through our website! You can also call Lavender Retreat during normal business hours to book an appointment, or to check on specific availabilities. Outside of business hours, calls will be returned within 24 hours, except on weekends.

Please provide credit card information to book your first session. We retain credit card information in case of late cancel or no show. There will be no holds or charges on the card. We take payment at the front desk during checkout. Gift cards and other credit cards can be used during checkout.

• Gift card recipients are subject to our appointment policies. Please leave a card on file with us to schedule your appointment.

• Payment is taken during checkout at the front desk. Present the gift card to be scanned to make payment.

Lavender Retreat requires notification of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hour advance notification is given, you will be charged a same day cancellation/no show fee, including for Saturday and Sunday’s. (We lowered the same day cancellation fee, now there will be no exceptions for same day cancellations)
